Newborn - 3 Months
Leaving the house, birth experiences, adjustment parenting, breast and bottle feeding, soothing, reading your baby's cues, bathing, tummy time and helping you and your baby sleep.
3-6 Months
Stimulating your baby, floor and tummy time, reading to baby, traveling with baby, sleep patterns, naps, parents changing lives, table top time, starting solids, introducing sippy cups.
6-12 Months
Observing, understanding and stimulating brain development, crawling, creeping, walking, selecting shoes. Exploring discipline and good media habits, weaning, thinking about a second baby and community resources for older babies.
Sign Language Playgroup
Come implement what you’ve learned in the Signing With Your Baby workshop by practicing with other families.Learn new vocabulary each week by reading books, signing songs, and asking questions. Facilitated by a native speaker.
Baby Play
Come implement what you’ve learned in the Developmental Play workshop by playing with blocks, tunnels, tunnels, mirrors balls and more. New skills emphasized each week. Facilitated by a nurse and expert on developmental play.
